Shakti Shiva Painting

  • Osho Risk 3 Bøgballevej Brædstrup, 8740 Danimarca (map)

Workshop Summary

This 5-day retreat is a deep dive into self-discovery through painting, meditation, movement, and the meeting of feminine and masculine energies—both within ourselves and in connection with others. In a safe, creative space, we will gently move beyond old conditioning and inherited beliefs, allowing a more authentic, joyful, and alive expression to emerge.

Guided by Sahaja, an experienced facilitator and artist, you’ll explore art methods and meditative practices that awaken intuition, presence, and emotional freedom. No artistic background is needed—just a willingness to explore, express, and open to the unknown.

This retreat is for you if you:

• Seek a more authentic and creative connection with yourself

• Want to deepen intimacy and awareness in your relationships (whether single or partnered)

• Work with painting in therapy, education, or personal growth

• Feel blocked or disconnected from your creativity

• Are drawn to the connection between tantra, meditation, and art

• Long for playfulness, healing, and soulful connection

What you can expect:

• A nurturing, immersive experience held in a supportive meditation center

• Painting with fine art materials

• Energy work, active meditations, music, and movement

• Unique creative explorations from the book Roots Painting

• Practical tools to bring creativity and awareness into daily life

• Community sharing, Painting Tribe connection, and moments of silence, laughter, and depth

What you bring home:

• A clearer, embodied connection to your true self

• Joy, creativity, and heartfulness in everyday life

• Trust, compassion, playfulness, and awareness in relationships

• A celebration of the unio mystica of Shakti and Shiva through color and presence

• The paintings you created — vibrant reflections of your unique journey and inner world

A creative person comes into the world, enhances the beauty of the world — a song here, a painting there. He makes the world dance better, enjoy better, love better, meditate better
